Arts On Terry | Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM.Calling all members this one is just for YOU! Please submit your work for consideration to exhibit your work at Arts on Terry. Patchogue Arts Council will be organizing a special exhibition featuring a curated selection of members' work under the main tent at Arts on Terry! Not a member? You can become a member at the time of submission. Arts on Terry (AOT) is a contemporary art fair for all ages highlighting artists from a variety of Long Island Arts organizations, each exhibiting a curated selection of works representing its respective community in 15+ different pop-up galleries, 25+ individual artist booths, 15+ street artists. AOT will also include a full day of art exhibits, demonstrations, live painters, family-friendly activities, live music, poetry, and performances, all on Terry Street, Patchogue’s official arts district!
Important Dates
AUGUST 13: Submission deadline
AUGUST 17: Artist Notifications – A Patchogue Arts Council representative will notify all artists via email and/or phone once artwork is selected. Please do not call for notifications.
September 13: All work must be dropped off at 20 Terry Street from 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
September 14 – All works on view during AOT from 1:00 – 5:00 PM.
September 14 – Removal of Artwork – All artists selected for the exhibition must make arrangements for their artwork to be picked up at MOCA L.I.
Artwork must be picked up between the hours of 5:00 – 6:00 PM. Work will not be de-installed before 5:00 PM.

Submission Details & Guidelines
· Submission Deadline: AUGUST 13, 2025
· Submissions must include up to 3 jpg images/ works
· Submissions must include the following: information for each work; title, date of completion, media, size, value
· All artists must include the following: CV/resume, bio, and artist statement
· Please submit only completed work, no works-in-progress, and indicate size
· All work must be ready to hang
· You MUST be a member of the Patchogue Arts Council
· AUGUST 17: Artist notifications

REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
· All work must be wired and ready to hang
· Only current members of the Patchogue Arts Council will be exhibited – now is the time to renew your membership or join!
· Two and three-dimensional work will be accepted
· Size is limited to 48 inches in width. There is no height limit
· All artists must submit a release form once work is accepted.
· ***Works completed within the last 2 years will be given priority
